1. Brief Introduction JX3400/300/4+255/10 Aluminum alloy rod continuous casting and rolling production line is designed and developed and manufactured independently. It is suitable for producing different kinds of pure Al (EC Grade) and Al alloy like 1 series, 6 series, and 8 series. The rolling mill has the features of high rolling strength, high production efficiency, simple maintenance, low energy consumption and good quality of aluminum (aluminum alloy) rod. Diameter of final products is φ7.6mm/φ9.5mm/φ12mm/φ15mm.
The Casting Machine adopts the horizontal casting equipped with cooling water intelligent controlling system, which can guarantee the best crystallizing effect and good quality for the rod.

Process Flow Melting Furnace→ Holding Furnace→ Refining process (Electromagnetic stirrer-online degassing-filtering) →Tundish→ 4 wheel casting machine→Upward hauling& shearer→ Pneumatic conveyor and ingot discharge mechanism→Straightening machine→Induction heating furnace for alloy→Roughing Rolling (NO.1-NO.4)→Finishing Rolling(NO.5-NO.14) →Rod quenching, quadratic curve rod passage and take-up system (dual basket drop coiler) → Al ( alloy) Rod.
