1. Raw material
The basic raw material is copper cathode.The high-quality copper scrap also can beaccepted, the utilization can be 20%-30%. But if the final copper rod will beused for fine wire drawing and electromagnetic wire (high quality enameledwire), we suggest the raw materials should be the copper cathode (LME Grade A).
2. Characteristics
2.1 Capacity is flexible, shaft furnace melting rate is from 8t/h to48t/h, holding furnace is from 8T to 25T.
2.2 From the cold status to be molten, it needs around 2 hours, whilestop the furnace only need about 3-5 minutes.
2.3 The raw material can be: cathode plate, copper rod scrap coil, barecopper wire, and internal copper scrap from CCR.
2.4 Setting with the safety device, when the gas pressure is too high ortoo low, the power or combustion fan failure, the gas can be cut offimmediately.
2.5 Reliable premixed combustion system makes the oxygen content ofcopper molten more stable, easy to control and save the energy.
2.6 The key components adopt the USA brand (shut-off valve for safety control, Air/gasratio proportional valve and mixer, etc.)
