1. Introduction
This equipment has integrated design to complete casting bar straightening, edge shaving and brush before rolling.
The straightening has five wheels, the 2 upper wheels are drive by cylinder, and the lower 3 wheels are fixed. The straightening function is achieved by asymmetrical displacement of the axial center.
The edge shaving has the special materials blades, which can remove the jagged edges even under high temperature. The shaving device also can be reversed through the cylinder to meet the needs of production and maintenance.
The brushing device is drive by four independent motors and brush the copper oxide scraps and scales of casting bar from 4 sides to ensure that the copper ingots are straight and clean entering the rolling mill.
