Product Description
Filtering principle: in the rising process of the inert gas bubbles, the surface adsorbed slag will be taken off as well, but the bigger slag should be filtered by filtering box. Online filtering box adopts the foamed ceramic filter plates ( CFF), which is one kind of high temperature resistance aluminum oxide ceramics with multi-holes, when the aluminum molten get through of the filtering plates, the slag will be stopped, deposited or absorbed.
Control device of filter :
1) Control system device of filter is located in the control cabinet of degassing device, it is used to control filter's preheated temperature and cover lid tilting.
2) temperature control system adopts silicon control to regulate electrical heat, it can be heated stable to prolong heating wire's service life. It can control the preheat temperature more accurate.
