1.Application
The unit is specially applied to rewind the coiling wires out of down coiler in Al Rod CC&RL , which could make the profile exquisite , regular , orderly arrangement and convenient for long distance transportation

3.Main Components
It mainly consists of pay-off unit, straightening & meter counter, take-up &traversing unit and electrical control unit.

3.1. Pay-off unit
The unit is composed of frame and guide pulley ,it's equipped with the advanced single column and rotary cantilever , it could simultaneously work for Al rod of 2~3 reels , so ensure to work continuously .

-Work height is 5 m. it's not easy for rod to be entangled
-Equipped with alarm due to entangled rod.
-Straighten the rod as it works

3.2. Straightening & Meter Counter
Straightening unit is mainly integrated with 3-group straightening pulley, meter counter, board swaying in left and right and bottom frame.
3 groups of straightening pulley is separately arranged at the horizontal and straight level . The al rod is straightened into the spooling reel after passing via 3 groups of straightening pulleys.
Rear end of shaft for actively straightening pulley is mounted with damping wheel and damping tape for adjustable tension. Tension of damping tape is carried out by adjusting the screws
The meter counter is arranged at the rear end of shaft for last straightening pulley, metering pulley and meter communication unit rotates as the al rod runs, the counting length is 250mm after the metering pulley runs for each one round, meter communication unit delivers 2 pieces of information. If the metering length is 1000mm, 8 pieces of information is delivered, each communication information is equal to length of 125mm.
On board swaying in left and right is concentrated with all straightening pulleys and metering counter . as the traversing unit works to and fro, swaying board begins to sway around fixed shaft so that it ensures running al rod not to be curved.

3.3. take-up &traversing unit
The unit is mainly composed of transmission gear box, traversing unit , expansive reel unit.
Transmission gear box is driven by the motor with convertor (N=7.5Kw), via shallow triangle belt, the main transmission shaft drives the reel to rotate ,so it gets the rod spooling and coiling.
Max. rotary speed of spooling reel is 59.4r/min
As drive is from the transmission gear box , via chains of chain wheel, gear reducer and shift gear , then to traversing screw bolt , traversing unit works.
Traversing pitch is controlled by the shift pulley.
The shift direction of traversing is completed by shifts of two electromagnetic clutches in reducer box.
Traversing travel is controlled by the 2 approach switches with no touching points on the traversing unit.
Expansive reel unit mainly consists of 2 end boards at left and right reels, expansive plum board, support box moving at left and right, guide pole and holder.
As for 2 end boards at left and right reels, one at the right reel is fixed on the main shaft of transmission gear box, the other at the left reel is on the main shaft of support box.
On each of 2 end boards is equally carved into 3 grooves ,which is used for binding .
On end board at the right reels is equally mounted with 3 allotting pins and 3 lock units. Allotting pins delivers the drive to make the reel rotate; 3 lock units locks the right reel and expansive plum board tightly together to begin spooling and winding.
At both ends of each expansive plum board are mounted two movable support poles, one end of pole is fixed support holder of hollow main shaft. one end of one pushing pole is connected with the movable support pole and plum board by pins, the other end of pushing pole is connected with the slip sleeve movable axially on hollow shaft by hinge, slip sleeve is drove to move axially with help of screw and nut in hollow shaft and pushing pole drives support pole to rotate round the fixed holder on shaft and make the plum board expand and shrink.
Screw bolt in hollow shaft is controlled by manual.
Movable support box is mounted on the two pieces of guide poles, and drove by motor (N=1.1kw; n=1460r/min) ,via teethed belt and with the help of screw bolt and nut . main shaft of reel and end board of left reel move towards the right to the approximate position of right reel, the motor stops .
Adjust the comparative position of right and left reels, operate the motor to drive the screw bolt and nut by manual in order to make end of main shaft on support box match well with inserting hole on right reel , then rotate the screw bolt and nut in hollow shaft to make the plum board expand , finally lock the 3 lock units on the right reel with plum board tightly
