Product Description

1. Application and Brief Description

The line is combined with the production experience of the Chinese Copper Rod Continuous Casting and Rolling production line and the advantages of the international well-known CCR brand. The rolling mill has 12 Nos Rolling Stands, which adopts the two-roller type and three-roller type designation. No. 1 to No.4 are 2-roller type stands, which greatly exerts the advantages with large compression ratio and eliminates the cracks and bubbles of the casting bar. No.5 to No.10 are 3-roller type stands, which are suitable for rolling of copper scrap production. The No.11 and No.12 are 2-roller type stands, the horizontal and vertical arrange with oval-round sequence, ensure the super roundness of φ8mm copper rod. The complete line has simple structure, high production efficiency, low energy consumption, excellent product quality and high return on investment.

This production line is suitable for the production of scrap copper and electrolytic copper. Customers need to choose suitable furnace type according to different raw materials. If using scrap copper as raw material, then the Copper Scrap Stationary or Tilting Refining furnace; If electrolytic copper is used as raw material, vertical melting furnace and tilting type heat preservation furnace are selected.

2. Process Flow

Copper Scrap→ Scrap Refining Furnace→ Launder → Continuous casting (Billet) → Upward hauling → Casting bar treatment (shearer, waste ingots discharge, straightening-edge shaving -brushing machine) → Rolling (automatic feeding) → Continuous rolling → Copper rod surface cooling and recovery system → Continuous rod rewinding device → Basket drop coiler (rod coiling).
