Product Description

1. Application

This Filter is used for the copper rod breakdown machine, the function is filtering the copper power of
the emulsion oil. The design is refer to European technology, the special water flow design reduces
the impact on the filtering cloth. The cloth moving controlled by motor automatically, the S.S mesh is
very convenient for using, so as to guarantee the copper rod wire drawing quality.

2.The Advantages
The machine has the bellowing advantages:  
1) Keep the emulsion oil clean, not easy to deteriorate.
2) Remove the copper tiny powder inside of the emulsion oil, prolong the life of wire drawing dies.  
3) Reduce drum wear ratio and prolong life of the drum of the wire drawing machine  
4) Reduce the wire drawing break off ratio, increase the capacity of wires  
5) Gravity reflux is available, no need any additional emulsion pumps  
6) Adopt the S.S chain net for transmission, the filtering cloth tension is always consistent, smooth and
not curly
7)Cloth moving automatically, save the cloth cost  
8) Reduce blockage of plate heat exchangers and avoid frequent cleaning of heat exchangers  .
9)The filtering oil will return to the main emulsion oil tank/pool.

4. The supply scope  
The machine is a whole structure as the picture, the manufacture will provide the main filtering
machine, motor, and connection flanges. The customer should prepare : 1) Cable should be
connected to the machine electric box  2) The emulsion oil reflux pipe 3) filtering cloth  

5. The guarantee period
The Warranty period is 1 year, not including the quick-wear part.
